Cubits - was started as a hybrid SHA256D PoW + PoS based cryptocurrency.
QBT was started in October 2013 and still alive. After some problem with PoS mining, coin was relaunch as CubitsV3
In new version was big premine for 1:1 redemption old CubitsV2 coins.
April, 22 2016 start new hardfork, that convert QBT to only PoS coin.
